Acceptance

By installing or using Magic Bundles, you agree to these terms. Magic Bundles is operated by Uptek, Inc. ("Uptek", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install the app.

The Service

Magic Bundles provides quantity break, BOGO, and volume discount functionality for Shopify stores. The app operates within the Shopify platform and is subject to Shopify's terms in addition to ours.

Use of the Service

You may use Magic Bundles only for lawful purposes on your Shopify store. You agree not to:

• Use the app to create misleading or deceptive pricing displays
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app's code
• Use the app in any way that violates Shopify's Partner Program Agreement

No Warranty

Magic Bundles is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Magic Bundles, including lost revenue or data.

Pricing

Magic Bundles is currently free to install with no monthly fee and no transaction fees. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes affect existing users.

Termination

You may stop using Magic Bundles at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to terminate access to the app for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
